A 6x8 font for Bitsy inspired by Carolingian handwriting (8th-9th century CE), and named for the contemporary scholar Alcuin of York. Hindu-Arabic numerals had not reached Europe at that date, so the numerals are pure invention on my part; the symbols are largely left unchanged from the default "ASCII small" Bitsy font.
Created with Fontsy by Sean LeBlanc (https://seansleblanc.itch.io/fontsy); minuscule letter forms based on those found in Calligraphy of the Middle Ages and How to Do It, by Marc Drogin.
This asset is free to use for any purpose, but do feel free to let me know if you use it in anything.
